Client Operations Officer – Private Banking (English/German) (M/F/X)
Our client, a leading international financial institution based in Luxembourg, is currently looking for a Client Operations Officer to join its Private Banking Operations team.
As part of a specialized operations department, you will contribute to the smooth execution of daily banking operations while ensuring excellent service quality for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your missions :
- Processing and monitoring incoming payments as well as handling related investigations
- Participating in testing activities linked to payment services and operational processes
- Preparing and submitting mandatory regulatory reports
- Managing the setup and execution of fee-related operations
- Supporting the preparation of client tax reporting activities
- Managing credit card administration and billing processes
- Handling vault-related transactions
- Ensuring the scanning, archiving and proper maintenance of operational documentation
- Conducting account investigations related to sanctions, embargoes and external requests
- Supporting the team in various operational and administrative activities
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within banking operations, payments or client services
- Previous experience in a banking, financial services or operations environment is considered a strong asset
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
- French is considered an advantage
- Strong command of MS Office tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive, flexible and service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
