Sanctions Screening Analyst (M/F/X)
Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting a Sanctions Screening Analyst for one of its clients in the banking sector, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.Job Description:
Your missions:
- Perform daily screening of clients and transactions against applicable sanctions lists
- Review, analyze and investigate alerts generated by screening tools
- Conduct due diligence to assess the validity of identified matches
- Document findings and ensure proper record keeping of investigations
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with internal procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, KYC and Operations teams
- Provide ad hoc support on projects and team initiatives as required
Candidate Profile:
Your profile:
- Previous experience in Compliance, AML, Sanctions Screening, or a banking environment
- Good understanding of risk assessment and compliance processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Good command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset
