Operational Communication Assistant (M/F/X)
Our client, a leading international institution based in Luxembourg, is currently looking for an Operational Communication Assistant to support its Internal Communications team.
Your missions:
- Drafting, editing and publishing intranet news articles, announcements and other internal communication content.
- Supporting the preparation and publication of content across various internal communication channels.
- Gathering stories, information and multimedia content from colleagues throughout the organisation.
- Maintaining and updating internal communication platforms, intranet pages and content repositories.
- Managing the team mailbox and ensuring timely follow-up of requests.
- Assisting in the organisation and promotion of internal events, campaigns and employee engagement activities.
- Preparing newsletters, presentations, briefing documents and communication materials.
- Coordinating publication schedules and maintaining editorial calendars.
- Supporting the creation of basic visual content, including photos, videos and graphics, using approved tools and templates.
- Collecting communication metrics and feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement activities.
- Providing administrative and logistical support for communication projects and initiatives.
- Contributing creative ideas for internal storytelling and employee engagement activities.
Your profile:
- Secondary school diploma with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communications or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional EU languages are an asset.
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
- Interest in internal communications, storytelling and employee engagement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of CMS, intranet platforms or the European institutional environment is considered an advantage.
